(Head office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative: Toyohisa Yamada), a subsidiary of Yamada Shokai Holding Co., Ltd. will participate in the "Deep Tech Venture Discovery and Development Ecosystem" operated by Liverness Corporation (sponsor) and Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank (co-sponsor).Gifu Tech Planterto participate in the "Mutual Aid Association of Japan (MAAJ)" from fiscal year 2023.
The Gifu Tech Planter aims to build a regional ecosystem in which industries are created on a sustainable basis through the discovery and nurturing of researchers and technology ventures at research institutions mainly in the Gifu prefecture area. The goal is to create a foundation for joint projects, fundraising, and overseas expansion through collaboration between researchers and ventures with a desire to change the world through science and technology and various partners from industry, government, academia, and money, and to create mega ventures from the Gifu region over the medium to long term.
Yamada Shokai shares the vision of Gifu Tech Planter and has joined as a "Regional Development Partner" to co-create an ecosystem in the Gifu prefecture area.

Nocnum focuses on septic tanks, one of the facilities that help people lead safe and clean lives, and develops products that enable efficient maintenance, inspection, repair, and cleaning by automatically detecting declining septic function and abnormalities, and DXing septic tanks that are inaccessible for inspection due to a shortage of labor and aging population. Yamada Shokai, which has supported local living infrastructure centering on gas and water supply since its establishment in 1906, shared Nocnum's vision of realizing a safe and comfortable society through the improvement of water sanitation, and thus presented the award to Nocnum. Going forward, Yamada Shokai will continue to work with Nocnum to improve living infrastructures not only in Japan, but around the world.
