■Background and future development of the business alliance
Yamada Shokai HD and Liberaware are building an organization to develop new services utilizing drone surveys, including the formation of a pilot team within Yamada Shokai HD for IBIS2, a drone developed by Liberaware, in order to realize DX in the infrastructure construction and maintenance market.
Through this alliance, we will further strengthen our existing partnership and utilize Yamada Shokai HD's engineering capabilities and network to jointly develop inspection and DX solutions utilizing "IBIS2" for the domestic infrastructure market, where aging infrastructure is a social issue.
In the mid- to long-term, the two companies plan to jointly develop the system based on Liberaware's expertise in hardware and software development centered on drones and Yamada Shokai HD's wealth of experience in gas construction and other lifestyle infrastructure sites.
In order to promote DX at infrastructure sites, we will continue to co-create not only drones but also sensors, AI, robotics, and other fundamental technologies to promote technological and business development that will contribute to solving issues in daily life infrastructure.
