  At least 3 years of service in a company, preferably with experience in setting up a business or project

  Job Description: Development of new business (end products and services) with a focus on sensors, IoT, and robotics fields
  Establishment of new company and overall business management

  Scope of business change: All of our business operations

  Assigned to: Yamada Shokai Holding, New Business Division

  Work locations: Aichi Head Office (Nagoya City), Tsurumai Office (in STATION Ai), Tokyo Office (Ota-ku, Tokyo)

  Scope of change of work location: All of our offices

  Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

  Trial period: Regular work

  After probationary period: Discretionary work system for specialized work
  *Based on the above work hours, the method of work execution and time allocation are left to the worker's decision (no specific instructions are given regarding the method of work execution and time allocation, but adjustments and instructions to the extent necessary are not limited to this).

  Break time: 12:00-13:00 (Mon-Fri)

  Overtime and holiday work may be required.

  42,019 yen for work allowance (paid to those who apply discretionary labor system, as overtime allowance for 24 hours)

  Doctoral degree:

  Base salary 230,200 yen
  43,163 yen for work allowance (paid to those who apply discretionary labor system, as overtime allowance for 24 hours)
