The core company of the group, Yamada Shokai Co., Ltd. has redefined its core business as improving the resilience of "people," "society," and "the earth." To this end, we believe it is important to improve our skills and accumulate knowledge through our work during normal times. In addition, as a result of the inevitable shortage of workers, it is essential to cross-fertilize with new technologies, and we are promoting a knowledge manufacturing initiative that aims to solve problems by creating new knowledge through a combination of the Group's knowledge and the knowledge possessed by outside venture companies. The business development promoted by Yamada Shokai Holding, Inc. was introduced as a case study of collaborative creation with Terra Labs, Inc. and Liberaware, Inc.
