Friday, March 7 - Saturday, March 8, 2025Japan Society for Hyperdifferentiation Conference Tokyo 2025(hosted by Libanes Corporation), will hold the session "Shrines, Temples, and Resilience" (session partner: Yamada Shokai Holding Co.
In December 2024, Yamada Shokai Holding, a company that develops lifestyle infrastructure businesses based on gas, water, and electric work, conducted an inspection of a temple with a small drone in cooperation with Liberaware, a company that develops the world's smallest drone, and Ninna-ji Temple, a World Heritage site in Kyoto Prefecture. The project was conducted in cooperation with Ninna-ji Temple, one of the World Heritage sites in Kyoto. Can cutting-edge technology be used for buildings that are supposed to be protected, as opposed to modern buildings? Resilient urban development will be discussed.

Mr. Kohei Hayashi

In 2009, he joined Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel Corporation), where he was in charge of steel supply chain management and demand forecasting, including production and sales coordination of steel products for the automotive industry. In 2011, he joined Toray Industries, Inc. in search of overseas opportunities. After working in domestic sales of water purifiers, he moved to business planning for the Chinese market. He was in charge of sales strategy, production transfer, product planning and development of water purifiers in China. After that, he was stationed at Toray's Hong Kong subsidiary, where he was in charge of production management of sewn products for major apparel companies. With his experience in business planning at Toray, he joined LUXURU Inc. in 2020 to be involved in launching a business from scratch. After being in charge of supply chain management for a printing company, he developed a new printing + advertising service. 2021, he joined Liberaware Inc.

Kazuhiro Hasegawa
Executive Officer CHO, LIVERNESS Co.
He holds a master's degree in engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University. He joined RIVERNESS in his first year of master's degree and later became the first new employee of RIVERNESS. He launched the Human Resources Development Division and became an executive officer in 2012, leading the launch of the TECHPLANTER business and real-tech fund, building case studies of collaboration between startups and local factories, opening the "Center of Garage" incubation facility, and supporting new business creation for small and medium-sized enterprises. Garage Sumida," which he launched with Hamano Manufacturing, received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Awards.
