(headquartered in Chiba, Japan; Hirokyu Min, Representative Director; hereinafter referred to as "Liberaware") as the first "Gold Partner (primary distributor)" of Liberaware's narrow space inspection drone "IBIS2" in Japan.

On October 24, 2024, the Company and Liberaware, Inc. entered into a business alliance to jointly develop and provide solutions to improve the resilience of people and the planet by addressing the challenges of Japan's aging infrastructure and the increasing shortage of manpower as the effects of aging and natural disasters become more severe.

With the Gold Partner distributor agreement, Yamada Shokai Holding has established a cooperative framework that goes one step beyond the existing business alliance to strengthen sales, joint sales, joint development, and technical support. Leveraging our extensive infrastructure network and customer base, we will deploy Liberaware's drone inspection and analysis solutions to more customers and sites. In particular, we will strengthen DX proposals in the fields of gas, water, air conditioning, and electrical infrastructure, which are aging.
